Buggiano Section: Stratigraphic limit between Clays and Sands of Marginone-Mastromarco Formation and Macigno Formation (stratified sandstone). Considering an average speed of the compression waves to the clays of about 2000 m/s, the contact between the two lithologies is located at depths ranging between 20 and 40 m from the surface.
